How I approach projects
Understand before building.
An initiative should start from a need, a context and a realistic understanding of the market.
Structure before scaling.
A vision needs a business model, an organisation and an operational roadmap.
Collaborate to progress.
Complex projects need complementary skills, reliable partners and clearly defined responsibilities.
Learn and improve.
Results, constraints and lessons learned should guide how initiatives evolve.
Why Africa?
The diversity of African economies offers opportunities, but also specific challenges in financing, trust, skills, regulation and infrastructure.
I am interested in solutions that take these realities into account and help create better-structured businesses, more accessible markets and new prospects for local talent.
WHAT I WANT TO BUILD
My ambition is to contribute to initiatives that combine long-term vision, disciplined execution and value creation. That means connecting ideas with skills, projects with partners, and ambitions with the means to achieve them.
